Northeast Missouri Community Action Agency hosted a Community Forum focusing on Employment on March 26, 2008 at the Adair County Annex Building in Kirksville, MO.  Local employers from area communities were invited to attend.  Roundtable discussions were held based on an Employment Survey distributed, collected and assessed by Deane Valkenaar from NMCAA.  The employment survey included employment issues such as trends in employee absenteeism, employee retention, and patterns in the current employable workforce.
