The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) helps low income households, primarily in meeting their immediate home energy needs.
Housing Development
NMCAA participates in the Missouri Housing Development Commission’s HOME Rental Housing Production Program to provide rental housing for low-income families. Currently, we have single family homes in Kahoka, Edina, and Kirksville and are in final stages of adding four homes in Memphis.
