Executive Director

We are seeking an Executive Director who will be responsible for the implementation of the Agency’s strategic plan. In addition, the executive director is responsible for the internal operations and the execution of the Agency’s mission and all policies set by the board. Qualified applicants should possess excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills. The executive director must have the ability to work with minimum guidance, report to a tripartite board, lead staff, administer programs and respective budgets, initiate and oversee grant writing, fundraising, and be able to communicate with the public regarding the Agency’s mission and goals. Qualification Requirements: Master’s degree in Planning, Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance Management, Sociology, Social Work, Public Administration or related field preferred or Bachelor’s degree is required with related experience and/or training. Mobile Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking someone who will serve as the agency point of contact for individuals and families seeking to participate in agency programs. They will travel to Clark, Knox, Scotland, and Schuyler counties, utilizing our Mobile Office Unit (MOU) to assess client needs and enroll clients in appropriate agency programs. Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university in social service or a related field preferred. Must have a driver's license, have reliable transportation and meet Missouri automobile liability minimum requirements. Content Area Manager for Education, Mental Health, and Disabilities

We are seeking someone who will be responsible for the coordination, training, monitoring of education-related services in the Head Start program. The employee must be able to perform each essential duty adequately per the performance evaluation.
