CAPNEMO – Weatherization Program, is soliciting bids from Contractors, HVAC Clean & Tune Contractors and from HVAC replacement Contractors. The “weatherization” and “HVAC Clean & Tune” contractors will bid for annual contracts for work between July 1, 2021 and June 30, 2022. The HVAC replacement contractors, once pre-approved, will form a pool of contractors and be invited to bid as work becomes available during the year in all our counties. Bids must be submitted in a closed, sealed, and labeled envelope no later than closing of business day June 24th. Bids submitted after this time will not be eligible for review.

The program is funded by the Department of Energy, Department of Social Services and Ameren Missouri and is administered by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.
